Cancellation Policy
Private Patio Rentals require a minimum booking of two (2) hours and include access to scenic rooftop views, covered and uncovered event space options, lounge furniture and high-top seating, string and accent lighting, built-in Bluetooth audio, ADA-accessible entry, event-use restrooms, and event staff for setup and breakdown. Beverage packages and catering services are available at an additional cost through our approved catering partners and bar services only; outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited to comply with health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations. All beverage packages are subject to a 20% gratuity charge. Additional rental time may be added based on availability and for an additional fee. Please note that the firepit lounge area is exclusively available with the East Rooftop Patio Rental.
